THE STORY - How cross browser extensions took over our lives:
Imagine if it took you months to create a simple cross browser extension. It sucks, right? That's what we thought too.
We spent a tough few months developing an extension, that we thought should only take minutes. It left us drained and unimpressed. Determined not to put other developers through the same nightmare, we decided to solve the problem and make it super easy and fast to create cross browser extensions.
We knew that in order to make it easy developers should only have to write one code for all browsers. That way there's no need to spend any time managing multiple codes. We also knew that to get it out to every developer quickly, we should support JavaScript and jQuery. So that's what we did.
Along the way we've added a ton of extra features and grown a large community of over 15,000 Crossrider developers.
